Teen Ministry Program Assistant

Join a passionate team working to transform an urban neighborhood by creating affordable housing, social enterprise, and a wide range of academic, social, and spiritual programs for all ages.
This position provides an opportunity to teach and mentor neighborhood teens in middle and high school programs, focusing on the Bible, life skills, community leadership, and holistic health. The schedule will typically be Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings (4:30–9:30 PM), with the possibility of occasional weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Present the gospel faithfully to teens in relevant and contextual ways
- Execute transportation and logistics around teen drop-offs and pickups
- Lead and participate in large group and small group Bible studies
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license (a vehicle and clean driving record are a plus)
- Must have an active relationship with Jesus Christ
- Must enjoy working with teenagers

Pay
Starting compensation in the range of $15 to $17 per hour.
Schedule
15 to 20 hours per week, typically Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings (4:30–9:30 PM), with occasional weekend hours.
