About the role

We are seeking a Teen Leader to join our team in Huntington.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement teen-focused programs and initiatives
• Mentor and support teens in leadership development
• Collaborate with community partners to enhance teen engagement
• Assist with event planning and execution
• Represent the organization at local events and meetings

Requirements

• Experience working with teenagers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for promoting positive youth development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, social work, psychology)
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Skills
