Requirements

• Technical degree or graduate in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, or related technical fields.
• Technical training and practical experience in wind turbine maintenance and borescope inspection.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Specific experience required:
  • General mechanical maintenance in wind turbines.
  • Operational tasks and maneuvers inside the nacelle (gondola).
  • Positioning, controlled rotation, and mechanical/hydraulic locking of the rotor.
  • Technical support in borescope inspection activities.
• Residency in Nazca, Ica, or nearby areas is essential or highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical support maneuvers during borescope service, including safe positioning and locking of the wind turbine rotor.
• Carry out maintenance and technical assistance tasks in the nacelle and power train.
• Provide operational support to the inspector/supervisor during data collection and mechanical component inspection.
• Inspect the condition of tools and locking equipment before and after each operational shift.
• Strictly adhere to safe work procedures, LOTO (lockout-tagout) protocols, and height work regulations.
