About the role
Technical role in occupational health and safety focused on executing safe behavior observations, performing safety inspections, investigating and analyzing accidents, and conducting risk analysis. Responsible for training employees in safety practices, advising other management areas on risk activities, supporting and monitoring the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPATR), conducting audits, and evaluating the area. Identifies control variables for diseases, accidents, quality of life, and the environment, and develops educational actions in occupational health and safety. Participates in the adoption of technologies and work processes and manages SST documentation. Monitors the charcoal production area and wood harvesting and transport to assist in accident prevention.

Requirements
- Completed high school education
- Completed technical course in Occupational Safety
- Professional qualification
- Valid driver’s license (category B)
- Knowledge of NRs (Regulatory Norms), accident investigation, and risk management
- Availability to work in the field and in shift schedules
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the role, preferably in an industrial environment
- Availability to stay in lodging according to operational schedule
- Residence in Sonora (MS) and/or immediate availability to relocate
- Immediate start availability
