About the role

Disseminate and maintain management system tools by monitoring programs and training employees. Assist in the development and maintenance of management systems by gathering information and feedback to evaluate implemented programs and procedures. Collect and track data for indicator construction. Maintain updated spreadsheets and control tools. Document and audit administrative processes. Monitor activities related to pantry and kitchen, property security, civil maintenance, air conditioning, cleaning, conservation, and facility maintenance to support various company areas. Perform measurements related to service contracts. Develop procedures relevant to the role. Contribute to continuous process improvement through data analysis. Support other activities within the area. Assist in motivating the team and improving performance. Conduct activities in compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Completed or ongoing higher education in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Desirable complementary courses in Personnel Department/Labor Legislation.

Technical Knowledge (HR/Payroll)

  • Knowledge of Personnel Department routines, including:
    • Admission and dismissal (documentation, verification, and deadlines).
    • Timekeeping control (adjustments and closing).
    • Vacation management.
    • Benefits control (transportation voucher, meal allowance, lodging, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation (CLT).
  • Experience with high-volume admission processes (differential).
  • Support in integrating new employees.
  • Familiarity with eSocial (differential).

Systems and Tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel (data control, spreadsheets, and reports).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS/RM) (differential).
  • Ease with administrative systems and controls.

Administrative Support Routines

  • Organization and control of physical and digital documents.
  • Support in administrative demands of the unit.
  • Interface with areas such as corporate HR, SESMT, and operational leadership.
  • Control of information related to lodging and employee movement (when applicable).

  • Organization and attention to detail (essential for HR/Payroll).
  • Sense of urgency and deadline compliance.
  • Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Good communication and ability to interact with operational staff.

Operational Requirements

  • Availability to work in an operational unit (UPC).
  • Availability for dynamic routines and field demand responses.
  • Availability for lodging stays according to operational schedule.
  • Desirable prior experience in industrial, forestry, or operational environments.
