Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent to the organization.
• Design and coordinate onboarding and integration actions for new hires.
• Identify training needs and collaborate in organizing and monitoring the training plan.
• Participate in development initiatives, performance evaluations, and career plans.
• Drive actions to improve workplace climate and employee experience.
• Serve as a contact point and support for staff on talent and development matters.
• Design and coordinate internal communication actions.
• Organize corporate events, internal activities, and other initiatives to strengthen culture and team commitment.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Labor Relations.
• Ideally, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
• Previous experience in talent, recruitment, and people development roles.
• B2 level of English.
• Strong communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships.
