Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent to the organization.
- Design and coordinate onboarding and integration actions for new hires.
- Identify training needs and collaborate in organizing and monitoring the training plan.
- Participate in development initiatives, performance evaluations, and career plans.
- Drive actions to improve workplace climate and employee experience.
- Serve as a contact point and support for staff on talent and development matters.
- Design and coordinate internal communication actions.
- Organize corporate events, internal activities, and other initiatives to strengthen culture and team commitment.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Labor Relations.
- Ideally, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
- Previous experience in talent, recruitment, and people development roles.
- B2 level of English.
- Strong communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships.
