Position Overview
Compugen is currently seeking a Bilingual IT Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the recruitment team within the Consulting Services division.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies by identifying specialized talent through networking, headhunting, and proactive sourcing approaches.
- Partner with Consulting Services managers to understand project requirements, desired skill sets, and profile expectations to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake to onboarding of new consultants, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of specialized candidates by cultivating relationships with independent consultants, IT experts, and key market talent.
- Assess both technical and behavioral competencies to ensure candidates meet client expectations and contractual requirements.
- Optimize recruitment and selection processes by implementing tools and practices that support efficient hiring while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience, including sourcing strategy development, recruitment marketing, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Proven experience in direct sourcing and engaging talent through social media, online channels, and recruitment tools.
- Strong ability to build trust and develop meaningful relationships with candidates.
- Excellent networking, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to design and implement creative sourcing techniques, leveraging external networks, partnerships, and associations.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required.
