About the roles
We're seeking dynamic and experienced attorneys with a strong background in intellectual property, technology transactions, and licensing. These roles offer the chance to work with prominent firms on innovative agreements for leading life sciences and tech enterprises, as well as managing patent licensing initiatives for diverse clients.
- 1-8 years of relevant professional experience in IP and/or technology transactions
- Experience with patent acquisition and/or licensing roles within a law firm setting
- Adept at handling intricate and pioneering technology agreements
- Demonstrate a collaborative spirit, especially when working with corporate groups
- Ready to take direct ownership and cultivate their own practice in certain roles
