Technology Trainer

About the role

Seeking an experienced Epic Trainer to support a major Epic upgrade initiative within an education environment. The Epic Trainer will provide end-user training and support for a diverse group of Epic users, including clinical administrators, nurses, and front-desk staff. This individual will play a key role in ensuring a successful upgrade by delivering training sessions, answering user questions, supporting live training events, and assisting with change management activities while internal staff focus on other strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating virtual and in-person training sessions
• Preparing and managing training environments
• Responding to upgrade-related inquiries
• Participating in stakeholder meetings
• Providing ongoing support to Epic users throughout the upgrade cycle

Requirements

• Prior Epic training experience
• Strong understanding of Epic workflows

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Epic Trainer or Epic education/support professional
• Strong presentation, communication, and end-user support skills
• Experience supporting Epic upgrades, system implementations, or optimization projects
• Ability to conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions

Preferred Experience

• Epic Professional Billing, Ambulatory, or Cheers applications

Pay

$50.00 - $55.00/hr
