Technology Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Technology Trainer to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives. This role will focus on delivering clear, practical, and engaging training for Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Copilot, and other enterprise technologies. The trainer will play a key role in helping employees transition from Cisco Webex to Teams, build confidence using Copilot, and provide responsive ad hoc training across departments.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering technology training to adult learners
• Strong communication and facilitation skills (in-person and virtual)
• Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
• Experience developing training materials and user documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience training users on Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, or collaboration platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Experience supporting enterprise technology rollouts and change management
