About the role
The Technology Support Specialist will provide technical support to clients and colleagues, ensuring smooth operation of all technology systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Train users on new technologies and software applications.
- Document and maintain knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Skills
- Technical aptitude and hands-on experience with various IT tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay
$50,000 - $55,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
