About the role

The Technology Support Specialist will provide technical support to clients and colleagues, ensuring smooth operation of all technology systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Train users on new technologies and software applications.
  • Document and maintain knowledge base of common issues and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting and administration.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.

Skills

  • Technical aptitude and hands-on experience with various IT tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay

$50,000 - $55,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
