Technology Strategy Leader (Consulting)

This role is for a Technology Strategy Leader (Principal cohort) within our Enterprise Technology Team, based in Dallas with hybrid expectations. The position offers a clear path to grow from Principal to Vice President through defined expectations, executive mentorship, and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Advise senior clients, shape complex transformation work, and connect strategy to execution by translating ambiguous business challenges into pragmatic technology solutions.
- Lead enterprise solution design and implementation with a focus on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google), mobility, data analytics & insights (machine learning), and user-centered design.
- Support clients and projects across the firm, particularly in modern data platforms and AI, utilizing AI strategically to enhance solutions while upholding responsible and ethical AI practices.
- Manage project teams and oversee all aspects of the SDLC, including estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecting, developing, testing, issue/risk management, change control, and delivery.
- Diagnose complex technical and business problems and implement creative solutions leveraging Pariveda’s capabilities.
- Actively manage project profitability for both the firm and clients by leading the sales process and understanding legal agreements affecting team work.
- Support company growth by building and maintaining a strong professional network and contributing to recruitment efforts.
- Mentor junior colleagues through career development goals, regular meetings, semi-annual reviews, and advocacy for their advancement.
- Work within a hybrid model, balancing remote and in-office work.
- Engage in and lead community service and social gathering events as part of our culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical and/or management consulting experience architecting enterprise and application solutions.
- Working knowledge of Agile practices.
- Extensive client account and project management experience with demonstrated ability to plan and manage custom development projects and complex client engagements.
- Current or recent leadership of multiple internal and external teams.
- Strong local network of IT and business executives and business acumen across a variety of industries and functions.
- Recognized as a valued trusted advisor in relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals.
- Ability to build consensus and achieve goals through influence.
- Passion and success in mentoring others and developing their careers.
- Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience.
