Technology Strategy Leader

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and implement strategic changes across the organization
• Model accountability and set objectives aligned with business outcomes
• Lead teams through complex assignments while promoting autonomy
• Leverage business knowledge to gain acceptance of strategic goals
• Establish and integrate a vision and specific objectives for multiple areas
• Communicate technology strategies clearly to motivate team members
• Implement high-level planning for enterprise technology strategy

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong background in business and enterprise strategies
• Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Experience in managing and supervising teams

Pay

$134,000 – $209,750 annually
