Technology Strategy Consultant
NTT DATA is seeking an experienced strategist to support technology fluency with a "strategy-first, tech-aware" approach. This role involves leading complex workstreams, framing ambiguous problems, and delivering executive-ready recommendations.
About the role
This onsite position requires close collaboration with cross-functional engineering, architecture, and business teams. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading multi-month, cross-functional engagements and strong executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex workstreams and frame ambiguous problems
- Deliver executive-ready recommendations
- Structure ambiguity and drive decisions using data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, and business
Requirements
- 7–12+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business architecture, or transformation
- Experience working with workforce management platforms
- Experience with contact center strategy, operations, or transformation decisioning (strong plus)
- Must be within reasonable commuting distance of or able to relocate to Boston, Massachusetts; Merrimack, New Hampshire; or Smithfield, Rhode Island
Pay
Starting pay range varies by location:
- Boston, MA: $117,000–$160,000
- Merrimack, NH; Dallas, TX; or Smithfield, RI: $106,000–$142,000
Actual compensation will depend on relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
