Responsibilities

• Recommends and implements change across multiple organizations in alignment with enterprise change initiatives; uses personal influence to enlist employees and peers in implementing change.
• Aligns to and models an environment of accountability within the team.
• Contributes to initiatives that drive enterprise technology strategy forward.
• Acts as a thought leader by developing ideas with strategic impact that align with broader Enterprise strategies.
• Leverages business knowledge to facilitate acceptance of ideas where difficult but necessary to achieve goals and objectives.
• Partners with other strategists to contribute to the development of a vision, direction, and specific objectives for targeted organizational areas.
• Contributes knowledge to complex situations with numerous alternatives to support business solution development.
• Supports communication of the technology strategy to the organization so they understand their roles, are motivated to achieve goals, and have line of sight between their work and Allstate strategies.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of relevant experience (preferred).

Pay

Compensation offered for this role is $70,100.00 - $121,475.00 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
