GENERAL PURPOSE
Support end-users with IT-related problems in a responsive and service oriented manner.
Assist with the troubleshooting, installation, implementation and support of hardware and systems.
Receipt, deployment, and maintenance of IT-related equipment.
Assist and support events that require information technology equipment: on-campus conferences, lectures and/or special presentations.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR PUBLIC CONTACT
Daily contact requiring courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.

The hiring hourly rate for this position is $24.25. This hourly rate represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
