About the role
T-Mobile is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead complex real estate contract negotiations related to in-building wireless coverage deployments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or Engineering plus 5 years of related work experience, OR an Advanced Degree with 3 years of related experience.
- Experience in technology sourcing, real estate contract negotiations, lease management, or a similar role involving complex commercial agreements.
- Experience managing contract lifecycles, business requirements, and project deliverables in a mid-to-large-size company.
- Experience negotiating commercial real estate leases, venue agreements, ground leases, easements, or infrastructure access agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and redline complex commercial agreements.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Operations.
- Understanding of financial implications, risk assessment, and total cost of ownership in deal structuring.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple active deals and negotiations simultaneously.
