Technology Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing thought leadership to provide data-driven insights for software deals
• Act as a trusted partner across teams to secure optimal terms for the company
• Oversee project management for complex software deal negotiations, ensuring timely completion
• Execute the vision for tech sourcing's future state and contribute to product roadmaps
• Develop collaborative relationships with sourcing teams to enhance team impact
• Establish strong cross-functional partnerships with Infosec, Finance, and Legal teams
• Conduct product proposals and deal negotiations on behalf of stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, vendor data, and transaction history

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in technology sourcing and procurement, ideally in a multinational context
• Proficient in vendor management with proven negotiation skills to challenge existing norms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, crucial for cross-team collaboration
• Comfortable navigating self-directed, ambiguous environments, reflecting adaptability
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a relevant field
• Experience in the Media and Entertainment sector is preferred
