About the role

In this role, you will use prior experience to convert system design concepts into specific layouts by interpreting information set forth in basis of design as well as information gathered from users, other consultants, field surveys, and code research. You will help empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

Responsibilities

  • Design Information Communications Technology (ICT) systems, including structured cabling, voice/data systems, emergency communications, audio-visual systems, mission critical/data center connectivity, and clinical communication systems.
  • Lead ICT design for projects in Healthcare, Higher Education, and Scientific environments.
  • Utilize Revit MEP and AutoCAD for design and documentation.
  • Coordinate ICT systems and infrastructure, including budgets, capabilities, and options.
  • Understand building systems spatial requirements and ensure design coordination.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience designing ICT systems in a Built Environment, Building Technology, or Electrical consultant firm.
  • RCDD certification.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively both individually and within team environments.
  • Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client, project, and team outcomes.

Pay

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $90,000 - $160,000.
