About the role

The Technology Services Project & Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing various projects and administrative tasks within the department. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Manage administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support departmental initiatives and contribute to strategic planning efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management and administrative support.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of data entry and record-keeping procedures.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
