About the role
The Technology Services Project & Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing various projects and administrative tasks within the department. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Manage administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support departmental initiatives and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management and administrative support.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of data entry and record-keeping procedures.

Schedule
