Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Sales pipeline development and management
- Align customer business need with appropriate solution
- Maintain and develop sales in assigned territory
- Analyze customer/competition situations, customer's business issues, and generate a strategy
- Conduct effective sales presentations of products and solutions
- Generate hardware revenue, gross profit, and reoccurring revenue
- Provide superior service and support to the client
- Meet and exceed sales quota for assigned territory
- Develop customer and partner strategies
- Work with Field Engineering Manager to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Budget Planning meetings
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Self-starter, ability to plan and implement territory sales strategy with limited supervision
- Extremely accurate and detail oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed
