Technology Programs Director

Responsibilities Direct execution of advanced technology programs from inception through contract closeout.Own program scope, budget, schedule, risk management, staffing, and delivery of program outcomes.Oversee program personnel and coordinate internal research and development activities.Partner with customers, executives, and internal teams to mature technologies and identify new opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Strong program management capabilities across complex, technology-focused initiatives.Ability to manage multiple constraints (scope, budget, schedule, risk) while delivering measurable outcomes.Leadership skills for managing program teams and collaborating across functions.Customer-facing communication skills and executive-level stakeholder management.Experience guiding technology maturation from early concept through delivery.
