Director, Technology Program Management

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex programs across interdependent workstreams
• Maintain program governance including risks, issues, budgets, and reporting to stakeholders
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams from asset management to legal
• Define program structure, milestones, and success metrics; hold teams accountable
• Manage relationships with external partners to ensure delivery against outcomes
• Identify and resolve blockers, escalating issues with actionable recommendations
• Produce clear program updates for leadership that facilitate decision-making

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or project management, mainly in real estate or built environments
• Proven record of delivering large-scale programs exceeding $13M in scope
• Experience across the full asset lifecycle: development, acquisition, and asset management
• Ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders and senior executives simultaneously
• Degree in Real Estate, Property, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience); PMP or equivalent certification preferred
