About the role
Siri Learning Inc. is expanding its team across various locations including Des Moines, IA and other areas nationwide. We are currently hiring for multiple positions in the fields of Computer Professionals, Sales Professionals, SSAT/ISEE Specialists, and Online Teaching Experts.
Responsibilities
- Enhancing student learning through reinforcement of academic concepts and skills.
- Representing the company at industry events and engaging with new prospective clients.
- Developing and qualifying new business opportunities through cold calling, events, and high-level prospecting.
- Articulating solutions and services tailored to client-specific needs.
- Maintaining and following up on a variety of proactive sales activities using technology.
- Carrying out responsibilities of an academic tutor, including setting and reaching academic goals, observing, monitoring, and assessing students' performance, modifying instruction based on assessment results, and communicating with students, families, and campus staff.
- Preparing and implementing daily, small group instruction plans and instructional activities to support students in mastering specific academic skills and end-of-course assessments.
- Maintaining confidentiality of student information as required by law and Siri policies.
Requirements
All positions require a Bachelor's or Master's degree or the equivalent with relevant experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Travel/relocation may be required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 months of experience in combinations of JAVA/J2EE, Web Development, Amazon AWS, JAVA Full Stack, .NET Full Stack, RPA, C#, .NET Framework, RDBMS, PL-SQL, MS SQL Server Integration Services, Oracle, Shell Script, PowerShell, Salesforce Administration, Apex Language, Salesforce Data Loader, Informatica, Jira, SOQL, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Webservices, Agile PMO activities, and implement Value Stream Mapping, process modeling, and Agile practices.
Skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working on a CRM and understanding of digital marketing.
- Knowledge of SSAT/ISEE, Salesforce Administration, and Apex Language.
- Ability to provide personalized tutoring in English, Mathematics, Science, Verbal Reasoning, and Non-Verbal Reasoning.
- Proficiency in research-based instructional strategies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information.

SSAT/ISEE Specialists
The Academic division at Siri is seeking SSAT/ISEE experts to provide their expertise in framing questions and question papers to prepare mock exams for SSAT/ISEE aspirants. Eligibility is based on expertise and quality work.
Online Teaching Experts
Siri EdTech program enhances student learning by reinforcing academic concepts and skills that students first learn during core instruction. Siri Tutors are responsible for providing highly personalized tutoring in English, Mathematics, Science, Verbal Reasoning, and Non-Verbal Reasoning during the regular school day. Tutors focus on individual needs, helping to accelerate student achievement and close any skill gaps. They receive curriculum materials, pre-service training, ongoing mentoring, and professional development, and their performance is evaluated through written feedback from their assigned regional Instructional Lead.
