TECHNOLOGY PROCUREMENT & LICENSING MANAGER
About the role
Virtual Partner Advantage is a family-owned and operated company dedicated to providing superior client service and expertise. We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our purchasing team as a Technology Procurement & Licensing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Purchase and source computer hardware, software, and telecommunication equipment including software licensing, PC's, laptops, servers, printers, routers, switches, and peripherals.
- Convert quotes to purchase orders with vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with sales and receiving teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain a strong sense of urgency.
- Participate in team goal setting and performance improvement initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to foster a strong customer-driven partnership.
Requirements
- Two-year accounting degree, four-year business degree, or two years of related experience.
- Proficiency with Excel pivot tables and functions.
- Works well with standards, processes, check-lists, and structure.
- Thrives in a team, flexible, family, fun, and results-oriented environment.
