Responsibilities

• End-User & Platform Support: Provide exceptional, white-glove service for resolving end-user computing and customer platform issues.
• Identity & Access Automation: Coordinate and support user provisioning/deprovisioning, automating access lifecycles where possible.
• Security Monitoring & Triage: Monitor critical security tooling, review and escalate security events to protect client and company data.
• Threat Intelligence & Defense: Translate security intelligence into actionable configurations and support threat monitoring/response.
• Endpoint & Fleet Management: Deploy software, resolve security vulnerabilities, and manage system patching across the device fleet.
• Proactive Performance Monitoring: Anticipate and rectify performance issues in systems and SaaS applications before they impact productivity.
• Continuous Learning: Stay curious, evaluate new technologies, and develop skills to better defend infrastructure.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a helpdesk or security operations analyst, with foundational knowledge of triage, remediation, and escalation.
• Demonstrated experience providing Level 1 or Level 2 helpdesk support with a focus on empathy and efficient resolution.
• Beginner to intermediate scripting or software development experience (any language) to automate operational tasks.
• Familiarity with basic operations, administration, and troubleshooting of Windows, MacOS, or ChromeOS.
• Experience with modern software distribution and remote management technologies for Windows, MacOS, or ChromeOS.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering enterprise SaaS tools like Google Workspace, AzureAD, Slack, and Zoom.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
• Experience operating, tuning, or deploying security technology stacks and threat monitoring solutions.
• Technical writing experience for playbooks or knowledge bases to scale self-service IT operations.
• Understanding of change management and/or project management lifecycles.

Pay

Annual salary range of $90,000–$110,000 + bonus, determined by experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
