Responsibilities
- End-User & Platform Support: Provide exceptional, white-glove service for resolving end-user computing and customer platform issues, championing internal users and security.
- Identity & Access Automation: Coordinate and support all aspects of user provisioning and deprovisioning, automating access lifecycles where possible.
- Security Monitoring & Triage: Monitor critical security tooling, review and respond to security events, and escalate as needed to protect client and company data.
- Threat Intelligence & Defense: Translate security intelligence into actionable configurations within security tooling and support threat event monitoring and response.
- Endpoint & Fleet Management: Support seamless software deployment, identify and resolve security vulnerabilities, and manage system patching across the device fleet.
- Proactive Performance Monitoring: Monitor key indicators to anticipate and resolve performance issues in systems and SaaS applications before they impact productivity.
- Continuous Learning: Stay curious, acquire new domain knowledge, evaluate technologies, and develop hands-on skills to better defend infrastructure.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a helpdesk or security operations analyst, with a foundational understanding of triage, remediation, and escalation protocols.
- Demonstrated experience providing level 1 or level 2 helpdesk support with a focus on empathy, organization, and efficient resolution.
- Beginner to intermediate scripting or software development experience (in any language) to help eliminate operational drag.
- Familiarity with basic operations, administration, and troubleshooting of Windows, MacOS, or ChromeOS environments.
- Familiarity with modern software distribution and remote management technologies for Windows, MacOS, or ChromeOS.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience administering core enterprise SaaS tools including Google Workspace, AzureAD, Slack, and Zoom.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
- Experience operating, tuning, or deploying security technology stacks and threat monitoring solutions.
- Technical writing experience for playbooks or knowledge bases to scale self-service IT operations.
- Solid understanding of change management and/or project management lifecycles.
Pay
Annual salary range of $90,000–$110,000 + bonus, determined by experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Salary ranges are based on current market data.
