Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and support of technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications.
- Maintain the performance and availability of technology systems, identifying and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Participate in technology projects, contributing to planning, implementation, and testing activities.
- Develop and enforce technology operations policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and secure operations.
- Create and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans for technology systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting technology issues and escalating problems as necessary.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices for technology operations.
- Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technology issues effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 3 years of experience in technology operations or a similar role.
- Preferred: Additional education or experience in areas such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, or data analytics.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in operating systems, network protocols, and security measures.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to technology operations.

Pay
Base salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Hybrid schedule with a mix of remote and in-office work options.
