About the role
Senior BPM Developer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise workflow orchestration and business process automation solutions using Conductor (Netflix/Orkes Conductor) or similar BPM/workflow platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement workflow orchestration and business process automation solutions
- Develop, manage, and optimize complex workflows
- Integrate enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform performance tuning
- Implement scalable, resilient solutions
- Collaborate across application, DevOps, and architecture teams to deliver reliable and efficient business process automation solutions
Required skills
- Strong expertise in workflow design, microservices orchestration, event-driven architectures, REST APIs, Java/Spring Boot development, process automation, and distributed systems
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines
- Messaging technologies (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Monitoring tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years of minimum experience required
- Bachelor's or Master of Engineering (BE required)
