About the role

The Technology Lead will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of the Archer platform, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), workflow automation, integrations, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with offshore interview processes (face-to-face not required).
• Develop and maintain the Archer platform, ensuring scalability and adherence to security standards.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and support teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Archer application development, workflow automation, integrations, and data management.
• Experience with JavaScript, NET, C#, and PowerShell scripting.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Archer Certified Expert Professional certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in GRC and related fields.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work setup.
