Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Security Technology Lead to guide the development and implementation of digital workflows, automation solutions, and collaborative platforms within a cybersecurity context.
Responsibilities
- Guide the development and implementation of digital workflows, automation solutions, and collaborative platforms across business functions
- Design and implement workflows using Power Automate, including workflows leveraging AI agents, Copilot, and prompt engineering
- Integrate digital workflows across Microsoft 365, Azure Services, ServiceNow, and other third-party platforms
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for operational, risk, compliance, and performance metrics
- Provide in-depth consultation to business partners, technology teams, and management on scalable digital solutions aligned with operational and transformation goals
- Evaluate existing and emerging digital tools and technologies to identify solutions that best fit business needs
- Manage digital initiatives using Agile delivery and tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or MS Project
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in automation, process improvement, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies, including designing and implementing workflows with Power Automate
- Strong experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
- Experience integrating workflows across Microsoft 365, Azure Services, ServiceNow, and third-party platforms
- Experience with cybersecurity domains, including identity, data, infrastructure, and cloud security
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications related to Power BI, Power Platform, or AI
- Experience designing workflows using AI agents, Copilot, and prompts
- In-depth knowledge of digital maturity models, business process optimization, and automation best practices
- Experience managing initiatives with Agile delivery and tools such as Azure DevOps or MS Project
- Financial services or regulated industry experience

Schedule
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), 8:00am – 5:00pm CST
- Location: Chicago, IL
Pay
The approximate pay range for this position is between $58.00 and $84.00 per hour.
