Technology Innovation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Produce task execution and provide expertise to mid- and senior-level personnel on assigned projects
• Conduct technology assessments, propose innovative solutions, and implement emerging tools and approaches in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology advancements to provide for agency data capabilities
• Lead and oversee project/task management, providing expert guidance and ensuring strategic alignment
• Provide innovation projects that appreciably enhance OSINT capabilities

Requirements

• Junior: Bachelor’s degree in a related business area with 3+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 7+ years of experience
• Mid-level: Bachelor’s degree in a related business area with 8+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 10+ years of experience
• Senior: Master’s degree in a related business area with 12+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or a Bachelor’s degree with 17+ years of experience

Qualifications

• Prior military or government analytical experience
• Knowledgeable of and demonstrate ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures

Skills

• Expertise in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Ability to conduct technology assessments and propose innovative solutions
• Up-to-date knowledge of technology advancements
• Experience with OSINT capabilities

• Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
