The Enterprise Data & AI organization is a strategic and operational driver of growth for lululemon, owning and building the data and AI platforms and services that enable the enterprise to operate with intelligence at scale.

Responsibilities

As a Director, Product & Program Management, you will be accountable for defining and executing the Enterprise Data & AI product portfolio, ensuring the successful delivery of AI and data capabilities that create measurable business value. You will lead the technical product and program management function that connects business priorities with the Data and AI platform engineering, AI initiatives, and AI research teams, and you will partner with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions and data and AI services.

  • Lead product strategy and portfolio management
  • Define and evolve the Enterprise Data & AI roadmap by partnering with business stakeholders to prioritize AI and data use cases that balance near-term value with long-term strategic impact
  • Drive technical program execution and governance
  • Accelerate innovation and partnerships
  • Build organizational capability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is an asset. 10+ years of experience leading enterprise product management, technical program management, or portfolio delivery within technology organizations.

  • Experience delivering large-scale data, AI/ML, analytics, or platform initiatives across multiple business and technology teams
  • Demonstrated success defining product roadmaps, managing cross-functional portfolios, and translating business strategy into executable delivery plans
  • Experience in retail context preferred
  • Experience leading product discovery, prioritization, and proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies
  • Strong understanding of agile product development, portfolio management, and software delivery practices

Benefits

Lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $205,900-$270,300 annually. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.

Schedule

In-person collaboration and connection is important to our culture. Work is performed onsite, minimum 4 days per week.
