About the role

This senior role focuses on supporting enterprise technology risk management through assessing and validating technology control design.

Responsibilities

• Lead or oversee projects to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and organizational goals.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective ITRM strategies, processes, and controls.
• Conduct compliance assessments, manage large-scale ITRM service delivery, and coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Engage stakeholders, provide guidance, and influence decision-making to reduce risk and enhance operational resilience.
• Monitor performance metrics, manage financials, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Minimum four years of informal leadership experience with technical or business teams.
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Security, or related fields.
• At least eight years of experience in IT risk management, compliance, auditing, or information security.
