About the Role

This senior-level Technology Controls Assessor supports enterprise technology risk management by evaluating control design, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and organizational policies. The role drives risk assessments, coordinates assessment activities, communicates findings, and recommends improvements to strengthen operational resilience, reduce risks, and support secure technology services.

Responsibilities

• Lead or oversee projects, develop work plans, and promote adherence to procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, document requirements, and influence strategy.
• Conduct compliance assessments and manage control design and implementation.
• Oversee large-scale ITRM initiatives from planning to completion, including managing financial aspects.

Requirements

• Minimum four years of informal leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Information Security, or related fields.
• At least eight years of experience in IT risk management, compliance, auditing, or security.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence teams, and manage multiple workstreams effectively.
