Technology Consulting- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Business Analyst- Senior
About the role
Our Finance and Supply Chain Management Consultants are valued members of the EY team using a structured project methodology to define, develop and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. This is a client-facing role requiring a team-oriented individual with strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Configure and implement solutions that align with business needs
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to sales through RFP responses
- Lead project streams while actively engaging with clients
- Deliver top-notch business analysis and system configuration
- Collaborate with team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the Dynamics 365 market
- Guide and develop junior team members
- Provide broad technical and functional knowledge of various modules within Dynamics 365
- Team with client technology professionals and third-party strategic alliances
- Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
- Interact and communicate effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives
- Apply analytical prowess and decision-making based on a broad understanding of policies
- Lead design process by meeting with business process leaders to determine business requirements

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics or related
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience specifically in an ERP professional consulting role
- Minimum of 1 full lifecycle Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, and / or Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementations (Analysis through Deployment)
- Minimum of 2 years implementation experience with MS Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, and / or Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
- Finance only applicants need project accounting experience

- Working in project teams through agreed-upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's project life cycle
- Deep understanding of business process and the ability to adapt those in Dynamics 365
- Collaborating with team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the Dynamics 365 market

Qualifications
- Master's degree in accounting, Finance, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS or Mathematics (desirable)
- Microsoft Dynamics Certifications
Benefits
Base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Pay

Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Schedule
Most people in external, client serving roles will work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
