About the Role

This role is accountable for ensuring traceability and lifecycle management of AI use cases and aligning all AI solutions to required risk models for the ServiceNow platform. Additionally, the role assists in coordinating inputs across tenants and development teams around AI initiatives and ensuring production readiness standards are met for AI deployments. Beyond governance, this role is embedded within the AI Innovation and Incubation delivery team, supporting sprint execution, backlog readiness, testing and validation coordination, and cross-team dependency management across engineering, architecture, and governance stakeholders. It serves as a critical connector between product, engineering, and governance functions, ensuring AI use cases are delivered efficiently and aligned to enterprise standards from inception through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure traceability and lifecycle management of AI use cases.
• Align AI solutions to required risk models for the ServiceNow platform.
• Coordinate inputs across tenants and development teams for AI initiatives.
• Ensure production readiness standards are met for AI deployments.
• Support sprint execution, backlog readiness, testing, and validation coordination.
• Manage cross-team dependencies across engineering, architecture, and governance stakeholders.
• Act as a connector between product, engineering, and governance functions.

Skills

• AI acumen and knowledge using AI-assisted tools like M365 Copilot.
• Ability to ask the right questions to gather requirements.
• Strong communication skills.
• General knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Understanding of ServiceNow capabilities.
• Ability to engage with all levels, including directors and VPs.
• Understanding of AI language prompts.

Qualifications

5+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
