About the Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Services Consultant to coordinate and deliver technology‑related activities and resources in support of business initiatives. The role supports an organization responsible for centralized oversight, efficiency, administrative, operational, and transformational activities for a set of products, aligning with industry best practices, corporate standards, policies, and regulatory/legal compliance obligations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement that address business strategies.
- Identify risks associated with technological strategies and propose alternative solutions.
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the technology business systems team to meet highly complex deliverables.
- Support technology strategy development or design of technology processes, models, or standards.
- Interpret and examine technical solutions for functions with high complexity.
- Collaborate with business and technology management.
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Business Systems.
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
- Oversee budgets and schedule oversight.
- Create strategy materials.
- Provide resource management and recruitment oversight.
- Design, build, and deliver centralized oversight, efficiency, administrative, operational, and transformation activities.
- Financial management to achieve targets.
- Relationship management.
- Coordinate communications, metrics, and reporting.
- Manage collaboration, documentation, and reporting development.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Technology Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with presentations designed for senior management.
- Strong Excel skills and experience manipulating large data sets.
- Experience managing enterprise‑wide transformation programs.
- Experience taking administrative and/or shared services from inception to customer delivery.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory drivers impacting a complex, dynamic global technology environment.
- Implementation of centralized, standardized, and harmonious services across technology domains.
- Proven experience managing business and operational functions in a product‑model construct, including product roadmap planning and feature/backlog prioritization.
- Experience communicating complex topics to customers and business executives.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI, workflow tools, and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Jira Align.
Schedule
This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
Pay
Base pay range: $32.69 – $50.00 per hour. Pay may vary based on performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
