About the role

10+ years of IT experience and 8+ years in EDI trading-partner management within a distribution model, including transaction setup and support. The role involves leading large, globally distributed support teams and ensuring seamless communication across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage EDI trading partners, including transaction setup and ongoing support
• Configure directory objects such as receiver and interface determination for new partners
• Support and manage Trace Link pharmaceutical supply-chain and serialization solutions
• Ensure compliance with DSCSA, EU FMD, and global serialization requirements
• Onboard and integrate CMOs, 3PLs, wholesalers, distributors, and trading partners to the Trace Link network
• Coordinate multiple project requirements and manage time effectively

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of X12 EDI specifications
• Proficiency with Sterling Integrator, Axway/B2Bi, and CSI (Customer Support Interface)
• Experience with communications setup (SFTP/AS2)
• Basic SAP troubleshooting (orders, invoices)
• Familiarity with healthcare supply & distribution, financial, transportation, and supply-chain EDI transactions (ANSI X12: 850, 855, 856, 810, 832)
• Good business acumen and communication skills for interacting with various management levels
