About the role

Riveron is looking for an Associate Director to join our Technology and Innovation practice. This client-facing role will interact with key leadership (CFO, Controller, etc.) and contribute to business development, sales, practice development, and project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of client engagements, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for the client, guiding a team of consultants through the project lifecycle, and ensuring high-quality projects are consistently executed on time and on budget.
  • Develop and grow client relationships, contributing to the practice's growth by identifying expansion opportunities and cross-selling services.
  • Collaborate with implementation team members to develop effective and scalable NetSuite solutions, working directly with clients to define implementation strategies and oversee project phases.
  • Support business development efforts by participating in pre-sales meetings and assisting in determining the best fit for client requirements.
  • Work with practice leadership to develop and deliver NetSuite-specific training and engagement materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • 7+ years of implementation or optimization experience, with prior experience with architecting ERP solutions on NetSuite
  • Experience with gathering business requirements and implementing ERP, CRM, and PSA solutions
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office products
  • Consulting experience in other business applications such as QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, and/or PeopleSoft
  • Certified NetSuite ERP consultant (preferred)
  • Ability to develop, grow, and sustain client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments
  • Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages to various audiences
  • Desire to engage with Riveron's culture and participate in internal initiatives
  • Passion for best practices and the ability to challenge customization and standard functionality

Qualifications

  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) or Cloud platforms

Skills

  • Microsoft Office Products
  • QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, and/or PeopleSoft
  • NetSuite ERP consultant certification (preferred)
