About the role

The Technology and Digital Careers team at the British Red Cross uses digital technology and innovative approaches to enhance support for those in crisis. Our technology directorate develops and delivers information and digital services to improve the support we provide.

Responsibilities

• Manage an estate of 25 websites, four apps, and one Alexa Skill.
• Aim to bring about and embed positive change across the large and varied organization.
• Work on products and projects with a variety of other teams providing front-line services.
• Engage in agile practices and advocate for them within the wider organization.
• Participate in stand-ups, workshops, sprint planning, backlog refinement sessions, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to initiatives such as 'focus time' to improve internal processes and learn new skills.
