About the role

The Senior MRI Technologist performs advanced MRI procedures, ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging standards. They foster a supportive patient environment by clearly explaining procedures and responding empathetically.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor staff, fellows, residents, and students
  • Manage equipment and troubleshoot malfunctions
  • Support departmental operations
  • Fill in for supervisors as needed
  • Drive process improvements

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Allied Health (Bachelor's preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of MRI experience
  • ARRT certification in MRI (preferred)
  • Current BLS certification
  • MA Radiologic Technologist license (preferred)
