Technologist - Radiology: Pain Management

Role Overview Performs routine diagnostic radiology procedures using appropriate techniques and safety protocols to support physician diagnoses and treatments. Key Responsibilities Operates radiology equipment and executes prescribed procedures.Uses clinical judgment to select and adjust technical settings for each patient.Develops and implements treatment or procedure plans following established protocols.Completes documentation to ensure compliance with hospital policies.Maintains equipment, work areas, and ensures safety standards.Participates in quality improvement activities and monitors performance data.Achieves assigned goals and performs additional duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Completion of an accredited Radiology Technology Program and registration with ARRT(R) or recent graduate awaiting certification.Knowledge of radiologic principles, techniques, and positioning for optimal results.Ability to follow written and oral instructions, plan, and organize work effectively.Required licensure includes ARRT(R), BLS certification within 14 days of hire, and state licensing as applicable.
