Technologist - Radiology Multi-Modality

About the role

Operates radiology equipment to perform routine diagnostic procedures in CT and X‑Ray specialties, supporting physicians in diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic procedures with proper technical and safety methods as directed by a licensed physician.
• Select and adjust equipment settings based on patient needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans following hospital protocols.
• Maintain equipment and work areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and collect quality data.
• Provide basic bedside care and support in emergency and inpatient settings under supervision.
• Assist with patient stabilization, monitor conditions, and report concerns.
• Collect laboratory samples, perform tests, and maintain quality controls per regulations.
• Prepare patient meals as per orders and support registration functions.
• Utilize downtime productively to enhance patient experience and perform additional assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiology Technology Program.
• Knowledge of radiologic principles and techniques for optimal procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions, organize work, and perform procedures accurately.
• Licensure by ARRT(R), BLS certification within 14 days of hire, and state licensing as required.
• New graduates must obtain registry within 120 days.
