About the role

The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department at Willis Knighton Rehabilitation Institute is seeking a full-time Rehabilitation Tech I to work on the inpatient rehabilitation nursing units.

Responsibilities

• Aid patients with daily life activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Assist patients with transfers as needed.
• Manage and maintain multiple filing systems.
• Assist supervisors with projects and tasks, and order office supplies.
• Work effectively with the Inpatient Rehab interdisciplinary team, including other techs, LPNs, RNs, and therapy staff.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel.
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and organized with strong time management skills.
• Willingness to work up to a 12-hour shift when needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience preferred, but not mandatory.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An eye for detail.
