Technologist I
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide operational technical support for existing applications and processes
- Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and maintenance to solve issues
- Troubleshoot problems with other technical employees, suppliers, and outside experts
- Create training tools, documents, and standard operating procedures for production processes
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and events
- Present technical information or proposals to team members
- Offer assistance/mentor for less experienced technical employees
- Conduct testing related to introducing product improvements into the manufacturing process
- Perform complex analyses using quality tools and lab techniques
- Take full responsibility for small-scale expense or capital projects
- Estimate project schedules, resource needs, and costs
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for functional areas or projects
- Engage in continuous education and skill development
- Design, build, and test models or prototypes
- Demonstrate How Technology Solutions Meet Customer Requirements
Qualification and Skill Requirements
- 4-year technical degree or equivalent combination of formalized technical education and experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Communicate effectively through written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of 2D & 3D solid modeling preferred (AutoCad/Inventor)

Pay Range
$62,960.00 - $94,440.00
