Technologist - CT

About the role

Performs imaging procedures and treatments aligned with radiology standards to support diagnosis and treatment. Handles additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Applies radiologic principles and selects appropriate techniques and positioning for optimal outcomes.
• Develops and implements procedure and treatment plans following hospital protocols.
• Completes documentation to ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintains equipment, rooms, and work areas in a safe, clean condition.
• Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold patient care standards.
• Achieves assigned goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in the specialty area with all CT competencies met.
• Registered radiologic technologist (ARRT in Radiography) required; CT registration preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Basic computer literacy skills required.
• State license as needed; BLS and ARRT(R) certifications mandatory.
