Technologist Assistant

Schedule

This part time position is scheduled Monday-Friday from 4:30pm-9:00pm. This includes an evening shift differential!

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Forwards images and paperwork to appropriate radiologist and location
• Enters outside reads, networking and assigning cases
• Checks systems and computers for proper function
• Checks with on-call radiologist concerning exams that need to be networked to their homes on a daily basis
• Ensures that after hour reads are setup for the radiologist that is to read the scan
• Checks department voice mail and email in a timely manner

Requirements

• Required: Must be 16 years of age
• One (1) year experience as a Technologists Assistant (I)
• Preferred: High School diploma, or equivalent
• Currently enrolled in a Radiologic Technologist program
