Techno-Functional Systems Analyst

Genesis10 is seeking a Process Validation Engineer for a 6+ month contract role with a major freight company in Green Bay, WI. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week onsite.

About the Role

This role supports a major project to migrate from a legacy Transportation Management System (TMS) to a new system. The Process Validation Engineer will focus on validating the end-to-end code-to-cash flow to ensure accuracy, identify process bottlenecks, and work closely with end-users to create thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the migration from a legacy TMS to a new system
• Validate the end-to-end flow and ensure accuracy in the code-to-cash process
• Understand business process flows and identify technical issues
• Create detailed documentation of business steps and flows for replication and future automation
• Work closely with business end-users for testing and sign-off

Requirements

• Technical aptitude with API experience
• Background in code-to-cash processes
• Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate with business end-users
• Able to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week onsite in Green Bay, WI)

Desired Skills

• Transportation or logistics industry experience

Pay

$55.00 - $75.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications
