TECHNO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT L1

About the role

Create and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, API, and backend applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, TestNG/JUnit, or similar automation tools.
• Develop and maintain API automation suites using Rest Assured, Postman, or equivalent tools.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Analyze test execution results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation documentation.
• Ensure test coverage and quality metrics are maintained throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

• 8+ years of QA/Test Automation experience.
• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Experience with API Automation Testing using Rest Assured, Postman, or SOAP UI.
• Experience with TestNG, JUnit, Maven, and Automation Framework Design.
• Strong SQL skills for backend data validation.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD implementation.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
